The Modern Health Index publishes informational content about health providers, treatments, products, conditions, evidence and comparisons. It is a research and discovery resource — not a clinic, pharmacy, insurer or emergency service.

You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Scrape, bulk-download or systematically harvest content in a way that harms site performance or violates applicable law
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or interfere with the site or its infrastructure
• Misrepresent MHI content as medical advice, personal endorsement or guaranteed outcomes
• Use MHI trademarks or branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without our written permission

Unless otherwise noted, the design, text, organisation and original editorial content on MHI are owned by The Modern Health Index or used under licence. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy substantial portions for republication, training commercial datasets, or productising MHI content without permission.

Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their owners. Links to external sources do not transfer ownership to MHI.

We work to keep information accurate and current, following our Editorial Policy and Methodology. Health information, regulations and provider details change. Listings and summaries may be incomplete, delayed or contain errors.

MHI does not guarantee that information on the site is exhaustive, always up to date, or suitable for your personal circumstances.

Clinics and practitioners are responsible for their own services, clinical decisions, pricing, availability and compliance with regulation. Inclusion on MHI is not a referral, prescription or guarantee of quality or outcome.

Providers cannot edit their public pages directly. Suggested corrections go through MHI editorial review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Modern Health Index is not liable for decisions you make based on information on this site, including choosing a provider, treatment or product; delaying care; or relying on summaries of research or regulation.

Nothing on this site excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted.

We link to regulator registries, research sources and provider websites. Those destinations have their own terms and practices. MHI is not responsible for their content or availability.
